Class Policy and FAQ
Co-op Class Policy
Though young cooperators are always welcome, most of our classes are better suited for adults.
In order for class to run smoothly, it is important to be on time. Late arrivals should make sure to enter without disturbing other attendants or the instructor.
If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or other questions or concerns about food served during class, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Evaluations will be made available after class. You may either fill one out at that time, or return it later to the Customer Service desk. For an electronic copy, contact email@example.com
Fees and Payments
Course fees are set by the instructor, and will vary from class to class. Owners always receive a discount unless the course is offered for free to all.
To ensure an accurate count of class attendants, please pay ahead of time using one of these two methods:
Pay online through our website’s marketplace (card only)
Pay for your course at the cash register (all payment types accepted)
Refunds will be issued for cancellations that come at least 48 hours before class.
If class is cancelled by the Co-op or the instructor, a full refund will be issued to all attendants.
