This Introduction to Ayurveda class will acquaint students with the concepts necessary for a basic understanding of the practice of Ayurveda, India's traditional healing system. The class will consist of an approximately hour-long lecture followed by a question and answer period. Handouts will be provided. 

*This class is a prerequisite for taking future classes from this instructor in Ayurvedic nutrition, cooking, herbology, daily & seasonal routines, and detoxification classes. 

The class will be held Thursday, April 7th from 5:30 - 7:00pm at the Uma Center (located at 414 S. Jefferson St. in Moscow). It is $12 for Community members and $8 for Co-op Owners.
