Pure Country Pork PDF Print E-mail
Written by Brennus Moody, Co-op Meat Department Manager
In the waning days of December 2010, I took a trip to Ephrata, Washington, home of Pure Country Pork.  I have been looking for a nearby farm to supply us with naturally raised pork.  After my visit to that farm, I am pleased to report that I was very impressed and that we will be able to offer a wide variety of the highest quality pork products supplied by this exceptional farm family.

To this end, I made a trip to Oregon to visit some of these producers, one being Anderson Ranch, our grass-fed lamb source, and Country Natural Beef, one of our beef suppliers.  (Here is the article about Anderson Ranch).
