Prepared Foods Manager

The Moscow Food Co-op is looking for a Prepared Foods Manager.  The Prepared Foods Manager will supervise a staff of 45 employees in the kitchen, deli, bakery, and cheese departments while coordinating production of attractive, healthy dishes and meeting department goals for sales, margin, labor, and customer service. Qualifications include experience supervising and managing staff in a food service or retail setting; knowledge of natural foods and special dietary needs; excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; and working knowledge of food service financials including labor, purchasing and costing. Full-time, with a salary range DOE.
