Here's why some of our employees choose to work here:

The Moscow Food Co-op has one of the best work environments I have ever worked in. The spirit of teamwork and positive attitude here were some of the first attributes that motivated me to work at this Co-op when I moved to Moscow. With my past experience in the workforce being much different than this, it was a welcome eye-opener to learn the cooperative principles and see them in action. It is meaningful and satisfying work for me to be involved with this much love for environmental health and the well-being of others.  -Logan M., Produce Manager
