FED Initiative - Avocado Mint Fudge

This week's sample is an amazingly, surprisingly sweet fudge made from avocados and carob, with just a hint of mint!

The FED initiative is a program that offers samples and recipes that can be enjoyed by almost anyone, regardless of dietary needs and restrictions.
