Healthy food doesn't have to break your budget!
This class, taught by Co-op volunteer and Registered Dietician Alice Ma, will introduce you to new methods of shopping and cooking that will help you stay within a tight budget! This month's subject: Protein!
Every student who signs up will try 3-5 samples of Alice's recipes (all of which are vegan, gluten-free, and contain none of the top 8 food allergens) and will also walk away with a list of recipes and sources for further learning.
Tickets are $3 for Co-op Owners and $5 for everyone else - please register ahead of time so we know how many samples to bring! Plus, if you pre-register, you'll be reimbursed with a Co-op gift card - otherwise, please bring cash at the door.
Tickets will be available until Thursday, February 15th!
