Art at the Co-op

2018 marks the 20th anniversary of the Latah Trail Foundation and in March, the Co-op is happy to honor this achievement with a display of the group's posters. There will be an opening on the evening of Friday, March 9.

Melissa Rockwood has designed the posters for the organization's fundraising efforts for many years. It will be a joy to see the collection of these posters and to better appreciate all the good work this society does in our community.

Melissa is well known in the area for her design work, including logos and posters, for many groups including P.C.E I., Buy Local Moscow, USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council, Washington State Potato Commission and City of Moscow. She is very talented and I am excited for the chance to see quite a number of her works in one place – a lovely way to celebrate an anniversary of such an exceptional organization.

If you have ever walked or biked the trail between Moscow and Troy or taken the trail into Bear Creek canyon, you have enjoyed the work done by this group. You will have a chance on the evening of Friday, March 9 to find out more about the Latah Trail Foundation: its fundraising events and its many achievements. The show will continue through Wednesday, April 11.
