Frequently asked questions

"When will the next schedule of classes be available?”
Classes usually become available in our online store anywhere from one month to two weeks before the date of class. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on what classes are coming up soon! Additionally, our email newsletter will contain timely updates on classes and events that are coming soon, so it’s a great way to stay in the loop.

“I have a food allergy or sensitivity, is this class safe for me?”
If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or other questions or concerns about food served during class, we want to help make sure you will still be able to come to class. Send an email to marketing@moscowfood.coop, or call (208) 882-8537 x222.

“Can I pay for class at the store?”
Of course! All you have to do is ask your cashier while you’re checking out. Let them know which class you want to sign up for, and they will take your name and contact info after completing your transaction.

“How do I know if my online registration was successful?”
All customers who pay online will receive an email confirmation immediately afterward. Additionally, all attendants will receive an email with directions, parking information, and a reminder about the planned meeting time prior to the class. Please let us know if you prefer a phone call instead and we will be happy to oblige.

“Where is class? Where do I park?”
The address of the class will be listed in the class description. Depending on the location, street or lot parking may be available. If you are unsure, you can always give us a phone call or email and we’ll figure it out together!

“I signed up for class, but I’m going to arrive late! Should I cancel my ticket?”
Late arrivals are okay! If you aren’t able to be there at the start of class, you are still welcome to join us. It is always appreciated if you let us know ahead of time so we can manage the space. Call us at 208-882-8537 ext. 222 or let us know via email at marketing@moscowfood.coop.

“I want to teach a class for the Moscow Food Co-op! Who should I talk to?”
Thank you so much for your interest! Please contact us at marketing@moscowfood.coop to talk about how you can become a teacher at the Co-op.
