What is a Crop Mob?

A crop mob is a family-friendly volunteering event where community members gather to pitch in at a small, local farm, to help with the harvest! You'll want to bring your gardening gear — gloves, hiking shoes, and clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty are a big plus!  With your help they can continue to provide us with delicious, healthy, locally-grown food. That's the kind of collective action Co-ops are all about!

How can I help?

This season, we're lending our hands in cooperation to Pokey Creek Farm — a small farmstead in Santa, Idaho, which supplies your Co-op with potatoes, garlic, and other hardy root vegetables. Come help us pick potatoes, and stick around for lunch! A meal will be provided free of charge.

Great! How do I sign up?

RSVP to, or call (208) 882-8537

Anything Else I should know?

Dress appropriately for outdoor activity! You'll want close-toed shoes suitable for standing and walking, as well as ample sun protection and plenty of water

Pokey Creek Farm is about an hour's drive Northeast along Highway 6 from your Co-op, but we'll be meeting at the post office in Santa:
68244 Highway 3 South, Santa, Idaho, 83861
