With a keen interest in a wide variety of mediums for self-expression, Rose explores colorful abstracts through her acrylic paintings in this art show. Moroccan Chicken Salad Bowl - A colorful dish with grilled chicken, grapes, veggies, and couscous.
Blueberry Honey Citrus Salmon - A simple salmon recipe with a sweet and tangy glaze.
Green Chile Cheese Fries - Healthier fries topped with spicy chilies and cheese.

Presented by the Moscow Food Co-op for the benefit of Palouse Land Trust, this free screening of the acclaimed documentary COMMON GROUND exposes the dark realities of the broken food system while showcasing a hopeful movement of farmers embracing regenerative agricultural models to address climate change and stabilize the economy.
Bridgette Costa, Palouse Roots teacher and PCEI’s artist in residence, directed and curated a collaborative group project with Palouse Roots children — a triptych painting mapping the kids' adventures at the Nature Center. Bridgette holds a master’s in fine art from WSU and enjoys sharing a love of art with Palouse Roots children.

Cheese Madness! Get ready to experience the ultimate showdown of cheesy goodness, from March 6 to March 30. Join us as we embark on a thrilling journey to crown the champion of cheese.
Here's how it works:
Fill out your cheese bracket and predict which cheese will reign supreme from a selection of 16 varieties. Will it be the Creamy Brie, the Aged Cheddar, or perhaps the crafty Ski Queen? The choice is yours! Mark your calendars for March 6
The action kicks off for Week One: March 6 - 9 from 4 - 7 p.m., we'll be featuring four cheeses each day for you to taste and judge.
The excitement continues! In Week Two: March 13 - 16 from 4 - 7 p.m. , we'll continue the elite eight of sampling, this time with two cheeses each day.
As the excitement peaks as we narrow down the competition to the final four cheeses for Week 3: March 22 & 23 from 4 - 7 p.m.
Then, brace yourself for the ultimate showdown as we head into the Championship on March 29 & 30 from 4 - 7 p.m. , where the remaining contenders will vie for cheese champion

“Terroir” is a French term that simply means “a sense of place.” For many wine lovers, terroir isn’t at all so simple.
Join us in our first wine class of the year focused on the controversial topic of terroir. Together we’ll taste pairs of wines developed from the same strain of grapes but in different regions, and we’ll discuss how each differs in taste and notes. This class will discuss how select wines are made and how weather, soil, and more can have an effect on each sip.
