Fighting food insecurity is a vital service provided by our community partners at the Whitman County Community Action Center. In Whitman alone, nearly one-fifth of residents suffer from food insecurity (18% in Latah).

At this event, volunteers will repackage bulk food like noodles, dry grains, and dehydrated fruit into nutritionally-sound family-size bags to be distributed by the CAC food bank!

Come ready to work! We will provide sanitary gloves, bags, and bulk food, so all we need is you!
