Our talented bakers are up at the crack of dawn every morning making a delicious assortment of from-scratch and gluten-free goods including bread, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, and pastries. We opened an off-site Bakehouse and increased production of your favorite housemade breads, pastries, and more.

Deli + Café
Our kitchen hand-prepares an assortment of soups, salads, and entreés using local and organic ingredients. We also offer fair trade and organic coffee, espresso, and tea to enjoy in our Deli or take with you to-go. Stop by to see the premade salads, wraps, and sandwiches available in the Grab n’ Go cooler!
Produce
Our Produce Department is home to a beautiful selection of locally-grown and certified organic produce. With over 200 varieties of fruits and vegetables to choose from, this department is your destination for a happy, healthy lifestyle.
Grocery
Our Grocery Department offers a wide variety of wholesome food to suit all dietary needs. We stock local products whenever available, including beer, wine, salsa and tortillas, raw milk, grains and sweets. This department is comprised of several different sections: packaged foods, chilled and frozen foods, bulk foods, beer and wine, and non-food grocery items.
Wellness
Our Wellness Department strives to keep your family healthy and happy with natural supplements and body care items. This department also includes our mercantile section, which provides customers with gifts and housewares that are environmentally friendly, fair trade, socially conscious, and produced locally. Bulk
Shopping bulk is one of the easiest ways you can eat healthy on a budget, and our Bulk department makes this easy with a wide variety of high quality staples. We stock local and organic products, and have dozens of great recipes on hand that you can use to learn how to cook with bulk.

Meat
Our Meat Department offers delicious, humanely raised meat that is organic, natural and Moscow-local. All products are free from antibiotics, hormones and preservatives. We make many products in-house, including sausages, marinated ready-to-cook meats and burger, which arrives as whole muscle and is ground in the store.

Cheese
Our Cheese Department offers delicious regional and international cheeses, as well as artisan cured meats, olives and spreads. Don’t be afraid to ask our friendly cheese staff for suggestions, helpful hints and tastes of these magnificent cheeses!
Beer & Wine
Our Beer & Wine Department is proud to offer a wide variety of local, domestic and imported beer, wine and cider. Our staff would be happy to make a recommendation for the perfect accompaniment to any meal you are preparing.
