Term ends 2029
I moved to the Moscow area in July 2024. I was born and raised in SE Kansas, in farming communities, and grew up helping out on both family farms. Milking cows, gathering eggs, hauling hay, breaking stock tank ice, building hay forts, harvesting the garden, and tramping along the creek were all a part of my childhood. I raised my seven children in Kansas, my youngest of whom is a Sophomore at the University of Kansas. One of my daughters just had my fourth grandchild (3 girls, 1 boy). I enjoy sharing my love of reading with them, and baby smiles are the best. My other hobbies are gardening, hiking, paddleboarding, and traveling.
Iām excited to be a part of the Co-op Board and have the opportunity to represent other Co-op owners. As a librarian, many of the Co-op principles are similar to those in my profession, which makes this opportunity even more special.
