  • 1912 Center 412 E 3rd st Moscow, ID, 83843 (map)

HEALTHY EATING ON A BUDGET

You don't have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition to cut costs in the kitchen - in fact, by utilizing creative substitutions, buying in bulk, and cutting expensive staples like meat and dairy, you'll be surprised how cheaply you can prepare healthy, delicious meals for yourself!

Join registered dietitian Alice Ma for this monthly class series - samples will be provided of every featured recipe, so you can taste for yourself how good healthy eating can be!

ABOUT THIS SESSION

A variety of flavors await in this class, with recipes made from mostly fruit or vegetable ingredients. Naturally, all the samples you'll try are 100% vegan and free of the 8 most common food allergens, like wheat gluten and tree nuts.
