  • 1912 Center 412 East Third Street Moscow, ID, 83843 (map)

HEALTHY EATING ON A BUDGET

You don't have to sacrifice flavor or nutrition to cut costs in the kitchen - in fact, by utilizing creative substitutions, buying in bulk, and cutting expensive staples like meat and dairy, you'll be surprised how cheaply you can prepare healthy, delicious meals for yourself!

Join registered dietitian Alice Ma for this monthly class series - samples will be provided of every featured recipe, so you can taste for yourself how good healthy eating can be!

ABOUT THIS SESSION

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the class you've been waiting for! These recipes will satisfy your cravings without being too high in sugar to eat every day. Just as before, recipes are 100% plant based and allergen-friendly.

OKAY! I'M INTERESTED! HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Register now by asking your cashier to sign you up for this class - it's $3 for Co-op Owners and $5 for everyone else. If you register ahead of time, your ticket price will be refunded in the form of a Co-op gift card! Otherwise, please bring cash at the time of class.

Registration fees are waived for participants in the Co-op's FLOWER program
