If you're the kind of football fan that we are, Super Bowl Sunday is just as much about the big game as it is the food. While we can't predict the outcome of the game, we can be sure that with the recipes we're featuring this year your Super Bowl party will be better than ever. To make this dip you'll need: 3 14 oz. cans artichoke hearts 3/4 cups cream cheese 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 cup Parmesan cheese 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
Place everything, except Parmesan, in a large bowl and place spinach on top. Transfer half the ingredients to a food processor, making sure the spinach is on the bottom. Blend until smooth.. Add the rest of the ingredients and the Parmesan and blend until smooth. Serve with corn chips, multi-grain chips or slices of baguette.
