Join Valerie and Todd for a fun cooking class! They’ll teach you how to make tasty and healthy dishes. Here’s what’s on the menu:

Moroccan Chicken Salad Bowl - A colorful dish with grilled chicken, grapes, veggies, and couscous.

Blueberry Honey Citrus Salmon - A simple salmon recipe with a sweet and tangy glaze.

Green Chile Cheese Fries - Healthier fries topped with spicy chilies and cheese.

Taught by Valerie Branson, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Todd Unger, Food Services Director, from Gritman Medical Center.

Free Class - Enjoy free and tasty samples while you learn! Seating is limited and registration is required.

Cheese Madness! Get ready to experience the ultimate showdown of cheesy goodness, from March 6 to March 30. Join us as we embark on a thrilling journey to crown the champion of cheese.

Here's how it works:

Fill out your cheese bracket and predict which cheese will reign supreme from a selection of 16 varieties. Will it be the Creamy Brie, the Aged Cheddar, or perhaps the crafty Ski Queen? The choice is yours! Mark your calendars for March 6

The action kicks off for Week One: March 6 - 9 from 4 - 7 p.m., we'll be featuring four cheeses each day for you to taste and judge.

The excitement continues! In Week Two: March 13 - 16 from 4 - 7 p.m. , we'll continue the elite eight of sampling, this time with two cheeses each day.

As the excitement peaks as we narrow down the competition to the final four cheeses for Week 3: March 22 & 23 from 4 - 7 p.m.

Then, brace yourself for the ultimate showdown as we head into the Championship on March 29 & 30 from 4 - 7 p.m. , where the remaining contenders will vie for cheese champion

Table 2 - Paul Buisse Crémant de Loire, Airfield Bombshell red blend, Maso Maroni Bianco Fiore, and Nicolas Sauternes.

Table 3 - Nieuwe Haarlem Chenin Blanc, Marichal Tannat, Enzo Bartoli Piemonte Cortese, and Smak bubbly Rose.

Cheese and chocolate pairings will vary depending on samples. Warm tea will also be available for sampling.
